Product Returns & Refunds
Purchase of products and other physical goods can be returned within 15 days of your purchase if opened and used or 30 days if unused or opened. Store credit will be issued after 30 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Service Refunds/Credits

All purchases are fully refundable until service has been redeemed and service has been received. While pre-pay amounts never expire, the pricing will be protected for 6 months from purchase date unless specified otherwise. After this date, pricing adjustment may occur if service price increase has occurred.

Feel free to purchase services such as Botox or injectable online and prior to your consultation. You will have the opportunity to change your services if recommended by the provider. A refundor credit will be issued if revised services are less cost than amount paid. Additioally, if provider recommends additional services, you may purchase these additional recommended services at the sale price at the time of original purchase if applicable.

Free or included items and package discounts
Sale items are refundable or returnable as specified above. The value of FREE or bonus goods which have been received will be deducted from return/refund if not returned. Packages which have been started will be eligible for a refund of unused items, but the package discount will be removed from the original package cost prior to refund.
