Important Info About Our Gift Cards
- Please allow up to 2 hours to receive your gift card. You will receive a purchase receipt first, then your gift card will arrive in your email.
- You must present the gift card (QR code) at your appointment to redeem it.
- If gift card or QR code is lost or cannot be accessed, the original purchaser must request that it be reissued.
- Patients may purchase online from our catalog of gift cards and gifting services. These online purchases will allow a gift card with a unique QR code to be delivered to the recipient via email.
- You may also purchase inside any of our offices, and an associate will apply your purchase to any patient. If you have already purchased a service online which you wish to gift to someone, you must come into our office so we may confirm identity before moving your purchases to another account. You may also have your purchase cancelled and refunded, and we can help you purchase a giftable service online, or gift card or over the phone.
