What’s the point of this? It’s impossible to get in touch with them to even set up an appointment and when I do, I get strung along being told the masseuses aren’t available at the Same time and they’ll call me back when they are.. which they never do. I asked if we could get a weekend time and the staff actually laughed at me for expecting to be able to come in on the weekend to use it. I asked about late afternoon and got a similar response that “the masseurs don’t really like working afternoon, it’d have to be in the morning.” Cause I know when I think of a relaxing romantic massage with my spouse, I think about having to choose between using PTO or going back to work afterwards. Ive been at this for weeks now. I’ve given up and am pursuing a refund. They obviously have their set of regulars and have little interest in expanding any level of quality service to new clientele. Edit: On pursuing my refund, I’ve been told they’re having staffing issues. Everyone is having staffing issues, but I or anyone in my business would be written up or let go for having the attitude I’ve encountered. Staffing shortages don’t make employees laugh off your interest in using services. They don’t have a staffing problem, they have an quality employee problem. Go somewhere else
