Salt Water Float Gift Treatment

Give the gift of a unique and tranquil meditative experience. Float Therapy is an excellent way to relieve stress, heal aching muscles, enhance sleep quality and more. Our Float Pool is filled with over 1,300 lbs of Epsom Salt to make your body totally buoyant. Many people have become so relaxed that they actually fall asleep during their float. You can float fully undressed or use our disposables swimwear if you prefer. You will have a private room with adjustable lights and music, so you can float with complete control of your environment. Spa Cahaba has the only Open Salt Water Float Tank in the entire state, which means you don't feel trapped and claustrophobic as you may in an enclosed pod. We provide a shower for you to cleanse off before and after your float. We have private shower/changing suites with hairdryers, robes, towels and shower caps for your convenience.
