Float Therapy is an excellent way to relieve stress, heal muscle aches, enhance sleep quality and more. Our Float Pool is filled with over 1,000 lbs. of Epsom Salt to make your body perfectly buoyant. You can float fully undressed, or use our complimentary paper clothing if you prefer. You have a private room with adjustable lights and music, so you can float with complete control of your environment. Spa Cahaba has the only Open Salt Water Float Pool in the entire state. We provide a shower for you to cleanse off before and after your float. We have hair dryers, robes, towels and shower caps for your convenience.
